For several years, I’ve been a web designer of designing and developing my own websites, I do not think it is just about writing codes and or choosing fancy colors . The basics of building any great website begin first from the understanding. Initially, I always engage clients in rather detailed discussions so that I can determine what they want to achieve, who they want to market to, and what makes their business special. This phase often involves:

A tool is used to evaluate the business’s location in the market with competitors. They are comparing some factors of business, such as products, services, and strategies. It is called as competitive analysis.

It is related to representing your target audience based on exact data and doing research. They help you understand your customers’ needs, goals, behaviors, and motivations and assess you to design products and services that meet their expectations.
